PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS

Purchasing from leccalecca is easy. Access the online store, click on ‘Purchase’, and select the items you would like to purchase. If you should have any questions or concerns, contact us by email info@leccalecca.es or by phone + 34 666 511 503.

After each item is selected you will see a summary of the order in your shopping cart.

Transport cost not included until finished the adquisition.These costs will be the same, whenever the weith is lees than 5 kilos.

For each buy performed the 5% will be given to an International Cooperation Project for the "attending of the childs  of the streets in Lima, Perú", project performed by Caja Navarra.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Try out your purchase and if you are not satisfied or the size is not right, you will have 15 days to either return or exchange the item. However, shipping costs will be by your charge. 

In this case, please contact us in info@leccalecca.es and we will explain you how to proceed.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your money to your credit card or account within 5 days after having received the item returned using the instructions above.

We do not accept exchanged or returned items that have been used or altered in any way, or that have not been washed using the instructions indicated.
